How did you hear the Gospel or God’s truths & promises:

Giving, Prayer, Fasting, Laying up treasures in Heaven, & don’t be anxious.

Prayer:

Father, thank you for the teaching from Christ Jesus. Help me follow beatitudes as our teacher Jesus taught the disciples. May my attitudes and action be honoring and brings you all the glory.

There Is One Only God

yet for us there is but one God, the Father, who is the source of all things, and we exist for Him; and one Lord, Jesus Christ, by whom are all things [that have been created], and we [believers exist and have life and have been redeemed] through Him. (1 Corinthians 8:6 AMP)

God is spirit [the Source of life, yet invisible to mankind], and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.” (John 4:24 AMP)

How did you hear the Gospel or God’s truths & promises:

We believe with the heart, and confess with the mouth, that there is one only simple and spiritual Being, which we call God;  and that He is eternal, incomprehensible, invisible, immutable, infinite, almighty, perfectly wise, just, good, and the overflowing fountain of all good. (Belgic Confession Article 1- BCA1)

Prayer:

Father, thank you for revealing yourself to us and we have no excuses in knowing you exist. Help me to communicate all of your attributes to others in reverence, humility, and love. So they can believe in you.

Draw on our faith in God for all the truths and promises he provides under His providence and sustaining mercy and grace for strength in growing more in more in Christ centered living. Blessing and serving like Jesus. 

Prayer:

Now to him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you blameless before the presence of his glory with great joy, to the only God, our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion, and authority, before all time and now and forever. Amen. 🙏 (Jude 1:24-25 ESV)

 Crucifixion – Buried – Resurrection – Walks – Appeared – Commissioned – Accession 

Prayer:

 Father, thank you for our gift of redemption you have provided us from your original design and plan for humanity. Help me stay our perfect teacher, Lord and Savior Jesus. Our everything in life to be assuredly steadfast in the need for him, to be  in a humble attitude of repentence, and surrendering to the Holy Spirit guidance for our true identity in Jesus to understand the truth for our faith in God.

Trust In The Power of God’s Words

And he did not permit him but said to him, “Go home to your friends and tell them how much the Lord has done for you, and how he has had mercy on you.” (Mark 5:19 ESV)

Come and hear, all you who fear God, and I will tell what he has done for my soul. (Psalm 66:16 ESV)
and said to him, “See that you say nothing to anyone, but go, show yourself to the priest and offer for your cleansing what Moses commanded, for a proof to them.” (Mark 1:44 ESV)

But overhearing what they said, Jesus said to the ruler of the synagogue, “Do not fear, only believe.” (Mark 5:36 ESV)

How did you hear the Gospel or God’s truths & promises:
Do not fear, only believe. Again, Jesus defines faith as the antidote to fear (Mark 2:5; 4:40; 5:34). In the face of death, this is a supreme challenge for any of us.

Prayer:
Father, quiet all distraction so that I can hear your voice. Strengthen my faith, and help me trust every word you speak.

In their case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, to keep them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God. (2 Corinthians 4:4 ESV)

How did you hear the Gospel or God’s truths & promises:
Having ears to hear involves surrender of proud self-reliance and submission to God. If the hearer embraces Jesus’ message of the kingdom in a rich and profound way, then still more will be added to you—that is, God will take up residence in that heart and give increased understanding and blessing, both in this age and in the age to come.

Prayer:
Father, I am eternally grateful that you help me during the storms of life. Give me courage to fully trust in your presence, provision, and perfect timing. And help me to stand firm against the evil one’s devious attacks.

Children of God Love One Another

Beloved, now we are children of God, and it has not appeared as yet what we will be. We know that when He appears, we will be like Him, because we will see Him just as He is. And everyone who has this hope set on Him purifies himself, just as He is pure. (1 John 3:2-3 NASB)

But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name, (John 1:12 NASB)

Father, I desire that they also, whom You have given Me, be with Me where I am, so that they may see My glory which You have given Me, for You loved Me before the foundation of the world. (John 17:24 NASB)

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His great mercy has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, (1 Peter 1:3 NASB)

How did you hear the Gospel or God’s truths & promises:

God is Holy, Man has a sin nature, Christ is our gift of salvation, repentance begins the process of cleansing our selves. Believe in the power of the work of Christ Jesus and the Holy Spirit, helping us  to respond  by moving to trust and obedience.

Prayer:

Father, thank you for loving me and adopting me into your fsmily . Help me to represent you well in anticipation of Christ’s return.

I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper, so that He may be with you forever; (John 14:16 NASB)

For there is ​one God​, and one mediator also between God and mankind, the ​Man Christ Jesus​, (1 Timothy 2:5 NASB)

Therefore He is also ​able to save forever those who come to God through Him​, since He always lives to make intercession for them. (Hebrews 7:25 NASB)

Our advocate is Jesus who lives for intercession for us, sending us a Helper so we can be saved by walking under Christ’s righteousness.

Prayer:

Father, thank you for loving me and forgiving my sins through Jesus. Help me to love you above anything in this world.

God Is Light

What was from the beginning, what we have heard, what we have seen with our eyes, what we have looked at and touched with our hands, concerning the Word of Life— (1 John 1:1 NASB)

In Him was life, and the life was the Light of mankind. And the Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not grasp it. (John 1:4-5 NASB)

This is the message we have heard from Him and announce to you, that God is Light, and in Him there is no darkness at all. (1 John 1:5 NASB)

but if we walk in the Light as He Himself is in the Light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin. ​(1 John 1:7 NASB)​

How did you hear the Gospel or God’s truths & promises:

To maintain continual fellowship with God, we must confess our sins, fellowship with other believers, and pursue holy lives.

Prayer:

Father, you are the light. Help me to live in the light so that I can enjoy continued fellowship with you.
