# Faith Brings Righteousness
This is the only thing I want to find out from you: did you receive the Spirit by works of the Law, or by hearing with faith? (Galatians 3:2 NASB)
Therefore the Law has become our guardian to lead us to Christ, so that we may be justified by faith. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. And if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s descendants, heirs according to promise. (Galatians 3:24,28-29 NASB)
Be strong and let your hearts take courage, All you who wait for and confidently expect the LORD. (Psalm 31:24 AMP)

For I would have you know, brothers and sisters, that the gospel which was preached by me is not of human invention. For I neither received it from man, nor was I taught it, but I received it through a revelation of Jesus Christ. (Galatians 1:11-12 NASB)
Now I make known to you, brothers and sisters, the gospel which I preached to you, which you also received, in which you also stand, [2] by which you also are saved, if you hold firmly to the word which I preached to you, unless you believed in vain. (1 Corinthians 15:1-2 NASB)

But we should and are [morally] obligated [as debtors] always to give thanks to God for you, believers beloved by the Lord, because God has chosen you from the beginning for salvation through the sanctifying work of the Spirit [that sets you apart for God’s purpose] and by your faith in the truth [of God’s word that leads you to spiritual maturity]. (2 Thessalonians 2:13 AMP)
We ought always to give thanks to God for you, brothers and sisters, as is only fitting, because your faith is increasing abundantly, and the love of each and every one of you toward one another grows ever greater. (2 Thessalonians 1:3 NASB)
who are protected by the power of God through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. (1 Peter 1:5 NASB)

# Sanctification and Love
Finally, believers, we ask and admonish you in the Lord Jesus, that you follow the instruction that you received from us about how you ought to walk and please God (just as you are actually doing) and that you excel even more and more [pursuing a life of purpose and living in a way that expresses gratitude to God for your salvation]. (1 Thessalonians 4:1 AMP)
For God has not called us to impurity, but to holiness [to be dedicated, and set apart by behavior that pleases Him, whether in public or in private]. (1 Thessalonians 4:7 AMP)
Now concerning brotherly love, you have no need for anyone to write you, for you have been [personally] taught by God to love one another [that is, to have an unselfish concern for others and to do things for their benefit]. (1 Thessalonians 4:9 AMP)
For we say this to you by the Lord’s [own] word, that we who are still alive and remain until the coming of the Lord, will in no way precede [into His presence] those [believers] who have fallen asleep [in death].
(1 Thessalonians 4:15 AMP)

# To Serve A Living and True God
We always give thanks to God for all of you, making mention of you in our prayers; constantly keeping in mind your work of faith and labor of love and perseverance of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ in the presence of our God and Father, For the word of the Lord has sounded forth from you, not only in Macedonia and Achaia, but in every place the news of your faith toward God has gone out, so that we have no need to say anything. (1 Thessalonians 1:2-3,8 NASB)
– how you turned to God from idols to serve a living and true God, (1 Thessalonians 1:9 NASB)

The heart of her husband trusts in her, And he will have no lack of gain. She extends her hand to the poor, And she stretches out her hands to the needy. Strength and dignity are her clothing, And she smiles at the future. She opens her mouth in wisdom, And the teaching of kindness is on her tongue. Charm is deceitful and beauty is vain, But a woman who fears the Lord, she shall be praised. (Proverbs 31:11,20,25-26,30 NASB)

When a wise person has a controversy with a foolish person, The foolish person either rages or laughs, and there is no rest. The poor person and the oppressor have this in common: The Lord gives light to the eyes of both. A person’s pride will bring him low, But a humble spirit will obtain honor. (Proverbs 29:9,13,23 NASB)
The rich and the poor have a common bond, The Lord is the Maker of them all. (Proverbs 22:2 NASB)
But now for a brief moment grace has been shown from the Lord our God, to leave us an escaped remnant and to give us a peg in His holy place, so that our God may enlighten our eyes and grant us a little reviving in our bondage. (Ezra 9:8 NASB)

Better is a poor person who walks in his integrity, Than a person who is crooked, though he is rich. One who increases his wealth by interest of any kind, Collects it for one who is gracious to the poor. A faithful person will abound with blessings, But one who hurries to be rich will not go unpunished. (Proverbs 28:6,8,20 NASB)
His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful slave. You were faithful with a few things, I will put you in charge of many things; enter the joy of your master.’ (Matthew 25:21 NASB)
But those who want to get rich fall into temptation and a trap, and many foolish and harmful desires which plunge people into ruin and destruction. (1 Timothy 6:9 NASB)
Do not take any kind of interest from him, but fear your God, so that your countryman may live with you.(Leviticus 25:36 NASB)

Like a sparrow in its flitting (wandering), like a swallow in its flying, So a curse without cause does not come to rest. (Proverbs 26:2 NASB)
> “An undeserved curse will not land” means that an unjust curse has no effect. We should disregard such insults and put-downs. Shrug them off when you know they don’t apply to you.
Nevertheless, the Lord your God was unwilling to listen to Balaam, but the Lord your God turned the curse into a blessing for you because the Lord your God loves you. (Deuteronomy 23:5 NASB)
“Remember God uses all things for his glory, purpose, \& will!” Turning what is perceived as a curse into a blessing.”
Because He loved your fathers, He chose their descendants after them. And He personally brought you from Egypt by His great power, (Deuteronomy 4:37 NASB)
“Deliverance from captivity, since we are chosen to be His people; bondage oppression to liberty freedom in salvation by our gift from God in Jesus our and savior.”
